      Pros

      I am pleased to be returning to work for the company a 2nd time. The executive leadership and culture is changing in many positive ways. The sales, operations and customer service departments at the corporate and branch level are abundant with experienced top-notch people. A truly fun and rewarding career experience.

      Cons

      A very fast-paced and competitive industry where there just isn't enough time in the day to get it all done.

      Pros

      I have been with Brenntag for eight months and I know I made the right decision to join this company. Brenntag has six core values that are foundational for the company, including Safety First and Employee Involvement & Ownership. These are more than just values on a wall - they are discussed all of the time and every meeting begins with discussion on Safety. There is a commitment to improving culture and a renewed focus on People.

      Cons

      The business is very decentralized and this at times makes communication tough within the company, but it also provides a fast moving business that is very customer centric.

      Pros

      New President is making an impact. Employees at all levels are inspired to make decisions to facilitate personal growth, which is rare in most organizations. Focus is finding new leaders at all levels to help with future growth. In my local area, we've now had 4 people leave the company and come back after just a few years. That alone should tell you something!

      Cons

      Pay. Some facilities / offices need updating.
