Pros
- Fully remote working - Flexible roles across many countries if you arrange it carefully - Transformation process shows a lot of promise to improve career progression & communication
Cons
- Long way to go with transformation. Continual promises to break down regional/country silos with little real change on the ground - Currently no development opportunities or framework, meaning everything is based on how supportive your manager is. - Huge focus on sales/procurement staff to the point of overstretching them, while those in service based roles, who could design the structures to help, are not prioritised.
