      Strong financial backing - lack proper strategy for APAC.

      Low hierarchical environment. Friendly and outgoing bosses. Flexible working arrangement.

      Cons

      Lack in strategy tailored by APAC. You cannot Ctrl C + Ctrl V European and US market strategy in Asia. Lack in people management - Some colleagues do more than others. Eventually, the good ones leave -because they do a lot more. Fancy "Project Brenntag" initiative was rushed to implement - not enough thought process put into this major initiative to reorganize the company.

      Super convoluted processing of order, start to finish. High turnover in support staff causes lack of knowledge across all departments which customers and sales rely on to receive orders in a timely manor. Constant order delays caused by incorrect order processing, lack of inventory, lack of drivers, etc. Not operating on the same level as competitors. Lack of sales leadership. Lack of upper level leadership engagement. Lack of internal communication. No concern for customer or employee satisfaction. Glass ceiling for sales as pay is ran through sales managers who tend to have issues once you reach a level of pay that rivals them.
