Pros
CBRE is the number one commercial real estate services firm. The company's status gives it the ability to reinvest in its employees through training opportunities, merit increases, etc. The company is global with over 34,000 employees, yet at the local market level, it feels like it's own smaller company with the advantages of a large organization.
Cons
I don't see this as a "con," but some might so I will list it here: the company is continually evolving, changing, and growing. This is a benefit to employees to allow for continuous growth opportunities. If you don't like change, you may not be comfortable with this platform.
