      Pros

      The FM team on the American Express is "awesome"! We worked together on projects around the globe and even shared FM work processes across accounts when required. Our coordinated client/FM team conference calls proved very valuable to ensure flawless project deadlines and day to day services. Excellent benefits and training access!!!

      Genuine open lines of communications minimized cons, legitimate concerns from team members were sincerely mitigated by leadership and involved parties promptly within our team.

      Very good company. Great data center technicians. Outstanding working atmosphere.

      Cons

      Work as a contractor to a powerful client. Often it seems as you have two bosses. The client is local and ever present. CBRE management is not local and often not able to assist with local issues.

      Met some of the best people there! Not management though...

      Cons

      Bad company culture at the top, management did not care how we were going to do more and more of work, unless you stay overtime, which probably was expected, now that I think of it.
