Good training ground,great resume builder, but tough to move up/around

Resume builder Good mix of young and old Friendly employees/great sense of humor for the most part Job security if you do you job well Excellent netowrking opportunties Faced- paced/Challenging (depending on which department, leasing brokerage is usually slow/laxed) More gender and racially diverse than most firms Working with the best in the business on the local level
Cons
No training whatsoever, you need to learn on your own Difficult to move up or into other groups Geting performance feedback is like pulling teeth No exit interview Low pay
