Well-Intentioned, but lost in politics and poor management

Some of the best co-workers I have ever worked with, people are general friendly and helpful. This peoples intentions are good and that made working there bearable.
Cons
This organization suffers from some of the poorest management I’ve ever encountered. Promotions seem arbitrary, with individuals advancing without the necessary skills or qualifications. The company fails to care for its most valuable asset—its staff. Management is indecisive, and when decisions are finally made, no one takes responsibility or ownership. Some C-level executives lack the competence required for their roles. Compensation is well below market standards, and the benefits offered do not make up for the gap. There are no opportunities for growth or learning within the company, leaving little hope for professional development.
