Pros
Great people who are passionate, determined, and extremely intelligent. Flexible working hours. 24 days of paid vacation plus 5 paid sick days and 10 paid holidays off. Great benefits (health, dental, non-contributory 401k, etc). Management who care about the well being of their staff. The office is a lot of fun as well. If you're someone who likes to work independently and make their own way, it's an ideal place to work.
Cons
The current structure crosses over with the UK office, so sometimes it can be confusing, but management is well aware of it and working over the upcoming year to make positive changes to the infrastructure model.
