      Pros

      You work with smart, passionate, amazing people. Because of the smaller staff size, you are able to work on a lot of interesting projects. Flexible work schedule. Working from home is common. The company sincerely cares about its employees. 24 vacation days.

      Cons

      Not a lot of advancement opportunities for lower level staff members. Small staff means that many work a lot of long days. High staff turnover.

      One of, if not, the best place I have worked. Some amazing people keeping the organisation pushing forward. Very mission driven organisation. Great opportunity to work with industry actors due to the

      Chaotic at times, some long days as well, and the pay isn't great. But this is outweighed by the fantastic people and overall objective.
