      Pros

      Great opportunities to grow and very interesting work. Passionate and friendly colleagues. Flexible work schedule and possibility to work from home.

      Cons

      Salary is in the low end for NGOs. Most teams are understaffed and work days can be long because of lack of capacity.

      Managers put a lot of trust into interns to do meaningful work. Relaxed office environment. Many opportunities to learn about the work people on other teams are doing.
