+ Flexible work environment, Remote working well managed + Good office location + Lots of nice colleagues who are really passionate about making progress on environmental goals

Cons

- Strange and dictatorial hierarchy, complete top down authority with very questionable results from senior leadership. A few "strong" personalities with almost total power, resulting in capricious and opinion-backed decision making. - Bungled restructure has eviscerated regional offices, left the business with worse cashflow, and caused a haemorrhage of talent and morale. - Siloed and mired in paperwork - Complete freeze in hiring, promotion, and bonuses
