      Pros

      Fantastic spring board; experience you can't get anywhere else. Really values professional development and investing in your career. Work/life balance is very very good. Pay is pretty good for a nonprofit.

      Cons

      As of summer 2024, corporate restructuring/reorganization is not making it easy for anybody to do their jobs, despite the actual staff trying their best. CDP may come out well in the future, but I would not personally join in the next 6-12 months.

      Pros

      People doing the work. Pay is very low, infrastructure is poor, processes are non existence, it’s the mission that’s keeping us here.

      Cons

      In-fighting and political point-scoring among senior staff. The most non-transparent “transparent” company I’ve ever worked for.

      Knowledgable and nice colleagues, diverse teams with global presence, excellent client list and reputation

      Cons

      Lost sense of mission under new CEO, very messy internally with little accountability, many rounds of restructuring have impacted team morale, low pay compared to rivals with heavy workload
