      Pros

      Coworkers who really care about what they're doing, and are motivated. For the most part, efficient and pleasant culture.

      Cons

      While employees care about climate change they have no understanding of structural issues; no consideration of diversity and inclusion issues in the office whatsoever. Compensation is substantially worse than at comparable jobs in Berlin but justified because "we care"

      Pros

      Good benefits. There's no structure so you can do what you want. They also have good benefits in place, but you can still do what you want for the most part. The people who work here are really smart and could potentially make a great change in ESG.

      Cons

      Since there is no structure, things can get confusing, unorganized, and hectic. A group of people working toward one thing by doing the opposite things to get to the same goal. It's a good place to be comfortable and get experience, not a great place to make a change or innovate.
