Business Outlook
Pros
The work was remote and the work environment was friendly. As the team was international, the work hours were very flexible. It was a great opportunity to learn about corporate climate action.
Cons
The internship start and duration were not clear while going through the application process, I only found out once I was offered the internship. Unfortunately, there was a lack of organisation with the team, didn't get to have a proper goodbye with the rest of the team on the last day of my internship as they did not even know it was my last day, even after reaching out to some colleagues to thank them for the opportunity, only one responded. This left a really bad impression and I was disappointed by the way the internship experience ended.
