      Generally good and helpful colleagues.

      Too many systems due to too many acquisitions by parent company; systems are not integrated well

      Parent company CMA CGM too obsessed with acquiring other companies.

      Pros

      Able to work from home multiple days a week. Although this is likely to change soon.

      Cons

      Was part of Bollore before it was merged with CEVA Logistics (parent company CMA CGM had acquired Bollore). Didn't feel well integrated into CEVA. Many long serving employees from Bollore left which shows how uninterested the company is in retaining loyal employees. It's hard to get support from other functions like IT, HR, etc. There is lack of transparency - many top level management were suddenly fired and there was no clear communication. Benefits are below average

      Meet some nice colleagues. Can't really think of anything else.

      Cons

      Pay below market rate. No work-life balance. Toxic - lots of internal politics within higher management.
