      Pros

      There are some good front-line employees and people here. But none of them are in management positions. Most good people will leave eventually because of the culture and atmosphere. Corruption is at the core of CEVA.

      Cons

      Management is unethical. "Leadership" is a rotating door. Finances are questionable at best. Cutting costs drives EVERY SINGLE DECISION. HR is part of the problem and definitely not the solution. Absolutely no teamwork among "leadership."

      Good career progression, few friendly higher ups

      "The workplace environment is filled with toxic colleagues, and some managers and HR don’t even make the effort to ensure that all employees are treated fairly and with respect. It feels like there’s a lack of accountability and empathy from leadership, which makes it difficult for anyone to thrive or feel genuinely supported.
