Sickening political atmosphere, lots of lies being told about decent employees, too much licking, too much favouritism, unbiasednedd, unequality, unfairness

LOTS…Management will try its hardest to follow every corporate policy to the letter of the law rather than the intention of its purpose to a ridiculous degree. Work conditions and policies are extremely strict regarding some and neglected for others depending upon the current brown nose standings. In fact, the only thing Managers do contribute is new ways to make working here a terrible experience. Money is a huge issue. It’s rumored widely that this facility literally makes Billions but they pay their employees poverty wages. (Except management of course) the Director recently called in small groups and key personnel to try and stop the high turnover rate. When she asked her employees what they need for a better working experience most initially stated better pay until she began yelling at whoever brought up pay and banned them from the meeting. Their “solution” to the turnover problem has been a gold star sticker like program where one can earn an illustrious employee of the month parking spot (If they can afford a car) and a vending machine coupon. One coworker asked not to participate as her grandchildren brought her gold stars from school and she is a grown woman. In short she was insulted and so is everyone else. Safety is a joke. The safety committee is a brown nosing platform that ignores true issues and focuses on nonissues. There’s no drug screening and many of the forklift drivers are often high at work when operating lifts. One is actually literally a brain damaged mentally impaired individual. (He’s the best worker in that department btw) There really is no reason to work here other than maybe being able to honestly state that you have a job. Benefits cost rise every year even though coverage falls. They literally will take anyone though so coworkers are often strange people.
