Business Outlook
Pros
Station management where I work is great and caring. They want to see the best and help everyone achieve their best. I feel invested in as an employee at the station level.
Cons
CORPORATE!! Upper management is so far removed from the business they do not understand the value of a good employee and only see numbers. They don't seem to care or understand that good employees are worth more, equipping the station with the proper amount of employees means better productivity, loyalty, and more enjoyment. I think upper management seems to think each person should just do more with no slack in quality- we all have a breaking point.
