Pros
Good pay, good benefit. As long as you can take the culture there. You can work there for life.
Cons
Very bad culture. Poor management style. Favourism. Poor planning Personally felt that Management know nuts about its operations and only care about profit and loss. Not investing on grooming people. Only invest due to customer requirement and will always find ways to charge back to customer. Those who can work will be task to a lot of job. Those who cant work will still get same amount of salary or more depending if that person is on good terms with the management or not. People get promoted not because of the quality of job. But because of the years of service. need to compromise professionalism to meet the management’s expectations
