People, it's always about the hands that run the business.
Cons
Loss of talent, failure to capture mid-level business to support lagging global losses, failure in trying to integrate freight forwarding and logistics. Outsourcing of services to India had a dramatic effect on company performance and loss of perception in the market, now viewed as a place you don't want to work at, but only if you have no other choice would it serve you, but be prepared for abnormal workloads and hours with small pay.
