Poor pay, poor and expensive benefits, unstable work hours, filthy environment, no advancement, management lies whenever they open their mouths, obvious and blatant discrimination by management based on race, sex, age, sexual orientation, and anything else they can think of, obscene amount of favoritism. Dangerous work environment. no This is a horrible place to work and the management are terrible, immoral and despicable people. I did not know places like CEVA still existed. This location has had a number of EEO and Civil Rights complaints against them and for good reason. This company is a bottom feeder and will not be long for this world. It's going downhill fast. The corporate execs are only in it to drain as much off the top as they can until it is bankrupt. The company is held by Apollo Group who is just waiting for bankruptcy to clear some debt then they will sell the whole thing off. In the meantime this is the most low down bunch of degenerates you could ever work for.

Owned by people (Apollo) who only care about short term financial gains. Run by whizz kids who turn out to be all kid and no whizz. Know all the buzzwords and management speak but can't usually find their arses with 2 hands and a compass. This is not sour grapes, I was a senior manager with 19 years service, who took early retirement for the sake of my sanity
