Business Outlook
Pros
Good network, opportunity to learn about different industries, get key insights to logistics, and build business skills. There are a lot of good people and managers.
Cons
Morale collapsed due to offshoring. Vague and meaningless values, senior management seems to hold most of its employees in contempt, and bullying by middle rung employees is not uncommon. What's worse, is that the bullying is a product of the toxic culture, where you're expected to do three or four people's workloads, and get no appreciation. Oh, and the payrises don't even match inflation, if they give them at all. IT is whack. Go here if you're desperate.
