      Pros

      CEVA has some good points but a lot depends on the unit the position is in and whether or not it is FLSA exempt or non-exempt. Exempt positions are treated with more care and consideration than non-exempt positions. Great diversity.

      Cons

      Company bases bonus on FLSA exemptions so many don't qualify. Uses 5S. Office is "cubical" based with short dividers, co workers are placed across and beside. Very loud. The company is still working to establish an ethical culture, they have a ways to go yet.

      Pros

      insurance and hours - but insurance doesnt cover family members if their employer has coverage.

      Cons

      everything else - management could care less if you come or go in this place. Very apparent they are working towards closing DFW brokerage facility. This place is ran by a manager from another state that is not committed and has a very poor attitude "CEVA told me I could go to Dallas or I didnt have a job". Everyone there is seeking alternate employment - double standards and rules depending on who you are.

      Multinational environment with lots of talented people to work with. Experienced management team with great clientele to boast of

      Cons

      Inconsistent HR policies and employee treatment is not always fair and/or consistent. Strategic direction very vague at times.
