      Pros

      Ample opportunity for education and developing skills. Excellent benefit package. Cordial and overall friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      The information flow from the US corporate office is spotty at best. The LEAN program instituted is demoralizing and well, assinine. I've been in the workforce for over 3 decades and I've never seen such a huge drain on staff, money and time. I work around the system because it is so ridiculous.

      Pros

      CEVA provides the opportunity to be exposed to global opportunities in an entrepreneurial culture, with great people and of late, increased training opportunities.

      Cons

      Do as I say, not as I do, management approach. Micro management at higher levels. Unwillingness to move out employees that are not good for company. Low base salaries and unattainable bonus. Expectation of long hours.
