Steady work, and a great EE crew to work with

Management is a joke, they are cowards and self serving there is no communication until the last minute. Other companies offer rewards and incentives. This company only offers threats to stimulate more production and bombards its employees with so much overtime that any social or family life is destroyed. Last of all is their point system. They point you for everything, including personal of family illness that requires you to miss work, Incidentally I was terminated for this very reason, and when asked of my HR director whom gave me my walking papers, she wasn't even aware of the situation because my supervisors never communicated the details of my absence to HR.
