      Pros

      The interview process is streamlined and straightforward. The company offers great work-life balance through a flexible schedule and remote work options. Additionally, you get to work alongside very talented peers and high-caliber professionals.

      Cons

      The management style is quite reactive. There is a noticeable disconnect between project delivery and employee growth; if you are assigned to a "difficult" client, you are often left to fend for yourself without leadership support. Additionally, the lack of clear promotion criteria and below-market pay makes it hard to see a long-term future here.
