      CI&T is an outstanding company to learn and practice lean principles. It's an always changing company that gives its employees the opportunity to make a difference in their teams.

      Cons

      There's a huge lack of culture fit and vision in the mid-level management. Some of the Senior Managers seem to be far away from the company's values and competencies.
