      Pros

      Company care about people. There are constant and frequent feedbacks, coach trainings, clear career track and you know what you need to get better. Awesome culture and usually almost all professionals are great technically. Option to do home office.

      Cons

      The headquarters stays in Campinas and most of the decisions are made there. Profit sharing could be better. There are many manager for a few workers
