      Pros

      Great place to work, smart people, excellent environment, good menthoring process and well defined career plan, you can enroll to in-company academies (great coder academy or architect academy), the company is always one step further thant the market and its competitors, flexible work-hour. Salary is similar to the competitors but is higher if you are hired for Sao Paulo office. You will learn a lot about technology and agile development process.

      Cons

      Health insurance is not top but is sufficient, no provident fund contribution and low yearly bonus.
