      Pros

      Career plan, process adapted to CI&T reality, nice environment. Since CI&T is growing fast, you can be into great opportunities.

      Cons

      Senior Managers (PM or Arch) have very large ego (appears to be standard). If the root cause of problems in project were on one of them, could be difficult to solve. And the career plan is on their hands, so depending on your Senior Manager be careful and delight them =/

      Good place, could have better relation work/family

      Managers don't respect relation work/family Too much overtime Not OK with promotion plan

      We appreciate your review. As you mention, our work environment is conducive for learning. This means that all of us at CI&T must continuously learn and improve fast to provide a balance between work and life. ​​As for overtime, we know this is not what all of us expected and we are working on some adjustments.

      Amazing Career Plan, Poor Coaches

      Great work environment and a place to make very good friends. They also have an Internal Academy to train you in a lot of things (like Manager or coding in some specific technology). Career Plan.

      Cons

      Salary and benefits. The career plan is amazing, but some Coaches didn't get how it really works jeopardizing your career.

HR Business Partners work with Coaches to provide that training. Together, HR Business Partners and Coaches will continue to improve the training program, so you and other Coachees can develop your career to the fullest at CI&T! Our work is so no one feels jeopardized, as you mentioned, because we will always have prepared and trained Coaches.
