a intern has a great environment to learn and it's flexible

Cons

don't pay well, leadership is confusing, imature and with a lot of personal relationship involved. There is a hiring way that you pay for all your benefits, not sure if this is totally legal, it doesn't offer a real value proposition to the business and be careful with the BRAINWASHING saying that this is the best company to work ever - this is only for whom never worked in a different and cool place before

- Clear career plan according to your position. - They have career paths for people who want to work in the technical or management area. - NO boss to point fingers or control 100% of your time, here everyone is your peer and work together as a TEAM. - Several external activities which allow you to learn new areas or interact with the rest of the company. - A company which is growing and expanding it's business globally.

Cons

- The salary is adequate, nothing above the average. - Well... provably the salary is the only point, but bear in mind that salary is not what you should look for always, you need to put everything into balance!
