      Great company to work, except Aspac

      - Passionate people - Awesome learning opportunities - Agile & Lean practices - Decent salaries - Strong vision

      Cons

      - Not the same company, process and employee engagement in all regions - Ugly management practices in Aspac, Completely different from BR - Lost in own vision "Develop people before software" - Value engineering is done on people rather than software

      Thank you for your review and feedback. They actually go hand-in-hand with changes we have already applied in our ASPAC operation in the last quarter of 2013: A. Our global HR/employee engagement model has rolled out to ASPAC; B. Management team has been expanded; C. An improved People development methodology has been rolled out globally, resulting in high satisfaction including ASPAC; D. The Executive team has also increased in the region.

      - Funny and relaxed environment. - You'll probably make a lot of friends (nice people). - Interesting projects. - Opportunity to deal with different techonologies and cultures. - Hour flexibility. - Balance between work and social life.

      Cons

      - It's a company made of friends, so be the friend of certain people if you want to have an opportunity (it's not the rule, but works 80% the cases). - Low salaries compared with other companies. - Some projects require a lot of effort and extra work after hours. But they pay for it. - It's a mistake to wait for recognition. It may come or may not.
