      Colombia office team still has good values and work ethic

      Cons

      Got fired due to performance issues after almost 4 years on the company..Even I talked to every person need it to face some personal issues and the proper protocol wasn't implemented for this situations. Too many burocratic process that doesn't go anywhere.
