      too many middle managers, hard to move up depending on what group you're in.

      Pros

      You work at CNN, it's great. Busy all of the time. Great people and different departments you can learn from.

      Cons

      Pay is bad, no benefits until you get hired full time. It's hard and VERY competitive to move up. The DC Bureau is too small.
