Pros

The time-off policy is pretty generous and the culture of the company is a breath of fresh air.

Cons

There's sometimes difficulty establishing a healthy work-life balance. It's also difficult to move upwards... there are always other employees "promised" positions and waiting in line for job openings.

Pros

Leading national news network, very innovative storytelling, versatile show teams and anchors, nothing less than very precise work.

Cons

no more dinner :( could be thrown into new position without any training, control rooms can be toxic environments w/ a lot of yelling & use of profanity, those first two things are enough really
