      there are rely no good pros. you receive 20 days vacation a year i guess.

      The office politics, poor management , and lack of caring for employees will have you puling out your hair at this company.

      Pros

      Except some coworkers individual sacrifice to help you, you will receive no proper training.

      Cons

      No training at all. Cold turkey. They sent you some work screenshots and expect from you to get all done. Even if you would have had years of experience in logistics, you would still need the basic company steps to familiarize yourself but you will not get it. Payment is the lowest, work extra extra hours.

      I really enjoy working for Cosco because they have some of the most friendliest, helpful people that you'd ever want to meet.

      Cons

      The last year has been very nitpicky. By doing that, you're running off the best people.
