excellent team, good processes, equal opportunities, beautiful office, fast paced job, meal vouchers, very funny christmas party, good relations with customers

Cons

bad salary. There are two Chinese in top management who ignore interest of local office. There is not much space for promotion due to little office and no chance to move to other offices around the world.

Horrible training programs. No promotions. No raises. To many rules, rules & more rules. Hover over you like a child...do not recommend!!!!!

Cons

don`t expect too much on promotion and salary increment.
