Business Outlook
Pros
There were seven satellite offices in the U.S. Our office was well organized and the other satellite offices appreciated our efforts. The pay was good and always on time. We had group team building exercises every month and the company paid for a luncheon we would all sit down together to enjoy while doing the team building exercise.
Cons
The President of the company would change every four years and the last one was on a serious ego trip. He closed the seven satellite operations offices and consolidated all operations into one in Houston.
