Able to learn as it is one of the leading industry in container shipping. Small perks are often give to staff, like fruits, biscuits, bags etc.

Cons

Hardly promote if you are not one of the CEO's gang. Your hardwork will be thought as "easy job" and senior will always take your achievement as their effort. Absolute politics and you cant survive unless you play evil as well.
