Terrible management. Constant changes in responsibilities and duties and they will give you a disciplinary notice for something that someone else failed to do like issuing a third party invoice and not assign it to the appropriate service coordinator under the guise of "teamwork". Management will also give your performance assessment rating no greater than 2 to ensure that you will not receive an annual raise and try to convince you that having a 2 is good. Apparently showing a definition of a word is considered "unprofessional", but throwing profanity around the work office isn't and writing emails to customers using gang lingo such as typing cc instead of ck (because ck would mean you're a crip killer) is perfectly fine.
