Pros

Pays are ok if you come from smaller scale companies.

Cons

Politics are heavy and some sales are really bad and like to play politics. They will sell some unnecessary or useless product to their customers to meet their quota, then there are usually problems after that and sales will like to blame AE and R&D for it. But in the end, the root cause is because sales are not even know what the company’s product does and sell with over promise. Don’t work here if you have any other choices. Some teams are also all indians, the manager doesn’t like other race other than indians. So you can see how racism this company is.

Pros

Salary and perks are good. HR policies good. Benifits are OK.

Cons

No schedule of work, Keep working they won't care. Immense pressure to work within time. Worked on in weekend too. They may fire you anytime, they may come up with nonsense reason. Seen year by year firing at the end of each year.

Pros

In my experience, managers tended to trust employees to finish their objectives - high trust level, lots of independence for individuals to manage their objectives and their work schedules.

Cons

Unfortunately, the tech tends to be a behind - although that can be a very good thing. But it makes it hard to stay current. Standard segmentation of tech among groups makes it hard to cross-train with new tech. Lots of pressure to finish objectives sometimes - it can feel unreasonable at those times. BIG BAD - frequent layoffs! Every year, I waited to be cut just because my current project might be on a VP's s#!t list (bad language censor alert!) . Very stressful.
