      Pay is good. But then money isn't everything. Peace of mind is more important. Project ownership

      No work life balance Cab service is the worst. Managers treat employees as their servants.

      Successful product lines and large customer base

      Cons

      Has rifs almost annually, predominately targeting workers above the age of 50. These are the most experienced workers, yet the company appears to be removing them in favor of new college grads. So much for any kind of loyalty.

      You meet some great minds here. But please do not fall for "Its a great place to learn" stuff people say because it used to be, now its no longer. No longer is there any discussion on architecture; it is more like: something exists and you tweak somethings here and there to meet the rest of the specifications.

      Cons

      1. Too much egotistical people. 2. They give very less time and demand extreme quality. 3. Attrition rate is super high. 4. People are manipulative and lie on your face.
