      There Employee Survey ratings is a Farce and overrated. Cadence uses culture of Fear , Fear of Firing . They Hire and Fire. They are very volatile in this aspect . Any body individual or a team can be fired for no reason at all. Very few mgrs are technically equipped and they thrive on politics. Your hardwork does not count if you do not know how to be political there. Promotion and employment chances are all related with politics . Senior Mgrs are arrogant . pay no heed to juniors . Cadence has lot of Bosses , but very few leaders
