      Not a place for learning . Research about your manager before joining

      1. work life balance is okay 2. If your manager is good person then you will have a good time . But there are no learning opportunity . Only EDA specific work is there.

      Cons

      1. Managers don't care about you and your growth and only thing they worry about to show upper management that they are doing all the work .They never give you credit for your work . 2. Mangers have too much power.Your hike and performance all in their hands. HRpeople only listen to them 3. If you are not software developer then don't even think about to join this place . Work and salary hike is very pathetic for validation people.

      This is the ideal place if you want a super-steep learning curve where you have to do everything.

      Cons

      The time given to do something is really small and as a result the quality of work is poor. People can sometimes be rude and can, or rather will, make insensitive comments Timelines becomes too tight because of excessive mis-management.

      Great people working there but many are leaving now.

      Cons

      Very poor management. Management by fear philosophy. Don't trust their employees. Too many high level managers just want to take credit for everyone else's work. Very political right now. People in Key Management positions only care about moving up at any costs. Don't care about the company or the employees.
