      Pros

      Great benefits, extra days off during the pandemic.

      Cons

      They prioritize keeping the engineers happy and well-paid. Non-engineer employees are over-worked as they hire less than they should and they are paid less than their worth. If you don't fit in their plans, they don't care about teaching new skills even if you have great character and are an excellent employee.

      Good work life balance. Nice problems to solve if developing solutions hands on.

      Cons

      Politics. Undeserved people are pushed for promotions by crediting other team members' hard work. Management doesn't heed to your complaints. With good work life balance, after a while you might have a very little work other than tool support to show on your resume.
