      terrible work place

      Pros

      other teams are better PE and AE, but solutions is shi*tty filled with old geyser a*holes. there are little to no career opportunities

      Cons

      avoid the solutions team. really crappy people and office politics to the core. these guys are tool jockeys, they dont specialize a single tool and management burns the engineers for any business they dont win.

      -Leader in EDA Software industry -Good spacious office with many facilities like Gym, Cafeteria -Slow but steady growth for more than 10 years -Good work life balance

      Cons

      -Compensation is average in context of product companies -Big learning curve as it requires lot of EDA domain knowledge -EDA domain is a niche domain and it is not easy to move out -No formal group change policy if you don't like product or manager
