      Flexible schedule. Good pay and benefits. Good, intelligent co-workers.

      Cons

      Senior management under appreciates and under estimates employees. Few, if any, growth opportunities in the U.S. Too many forced shutdown periods.

      Very good company and flexible work hours and trusts employee. Never pushes employee and gives full freedom and respect for employee

      Cons

      Company should implement 360 degree feed back system. Right now Managers are considered gods and their salary always higher than a person with higher experience in technical ladder

      Pros

      A lot of cross-functional teamwork, a lot of smart and creative employees from all over the world, good technology, fair compensation.

      Cons

      Weak upper management--they don't seem to know where they are going--haven't yet learned that "me, too" products don't sell, especially in leading edge technology.
