      Plano de saúde para a família, multiplos canais para auxiliar o funcionário

      Cons

      Despite the company's human resources policy being excellent (abroad) here in Brazil, it still lacks a lot. Like all Brazilian HR (I believe it is in the heart of this professional here) everything is distrust and never facilitation. The approach of HR professionals is always to play forward and often does not help. Contract managers, in Brasília at least, are not very interested in retaining their professionals. Weak support, sometimes showing a lack of tact in dealing with people and conflicts. I tried to stay, but unfortunately, they didn't even move to make that happen. The Brazilian Human Resources sector has to mature a lot.

      Good company to start, but greater company to come back to

      Pros

      All day challenges. If you leave a project, they try to find you another one. Flexibility and good people (but this may vary from project to project).

      Cons

      It's hard to be recognised and promoted: some colleges prefer leaving the company to come back later. And I don't recommend the employees stock options, unless you are absolutely sure you will stay for a long period.
