      Very nice place to start the work

      Pros

      As a Business consultant, you get access to many processes and info's about mature companies. This kind of knowledge is instrumental to have a fast track introduction into the "real business" after the university

      Cons

      The issue is with all Consultancy firms is that they are tending to have expertize on everything and to reuse same recommendations on and on. Not all companies are like that, but my opinion is that the majority of them are like that

      1. They are paying 100% variable pay 2. Job Security 3. competitive initial pay - you can negotiate as much as you can. :) 4. work life balance

      Cons

      1. difficult to get promotion, good rating and hike, need good rapo with managers 2. wont get any benefits other then salary, HR and other dept., ppls are too lazy. 3. No team building activities. 4. Notice period is 3 months and not negotiable. 5. you wont get any help from the HR and managers once u deputed to client. 6. changing the Business Unit is difficult. 7. Slow internet
