Pros
1. Graduate training 2. Networking, some people are very talented
Cons
1. Review system. This is the system used for promotions, you're doing GREAT if you secure a raise in line with inflation. 2. Salary. It's well below market average, how do you expect to catch up with Accenture et al, when they you don't match salaries for talented graduates?! I've been offered 33% more money for the same role from their main competition.... 3. Culture. They talk a good game about breaking into the top four, of IT Consulting, but don't back it up. They offshore everything to India for a better margin which they're too depending on now. Also lots of talk of international opportunities and rotations, but just all talk.
